Ted Weinberg's Bio.
In addition to being co-founder of Portfolio Effect LLC, Ted Weinberg currently works at Avanade as a Project Manager and before that was a Release Program Manager in Microsoft's SQL Server product unit. And prior to that, he was the Test Manager for several teams at Microsoft including Agent, Internet Explorer, Exchange, and Research. Ted has over 14 years experience in the software industry. Ted received his BS degree in Architecture with a Computer Science minor from the University of Virginia, and an MBA from the University of Washington. He has also judged student business plan competitions at the University of Washington and periodically lectures on Project Management techniques at universities in China. Ted is on the board of directors for Calcionics Inc.
